Before You Begin

About this accreditation

The WorktoGive Accreditation is based on the information you provide about how your business operates and gives back.

It is designed to reflect real behaviour, not perfect answers.

There are no trick questions, and there is no “ideal” profile.
The aim is to record what you genuinely do today, and how that develops over time.

Important declaration

By completing this questionnaire, you confirm that:

  • Your answers are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • You are describing actual behaviour, not future intentions unless stated

  • You understand that your accreditation level reflects recorded activity, not claims

WorktoGive may:

  • Request clarification or supporting information from time to time

  • Review records to maintain the integrity of the accreditation

  • Adjust accreditation levels if information is found to be misleading or inaccurate

This is not about catching people out.

It is about keeping the accreditation credible and trusted

A quick reassurance

  • You will not be penalised for being honest

  • Being early in your journey is completely acceptable

  • Your accreditation can improve as your business takes action over time

If you’re unsure between two answers, choose the one that most accurately reflects what you actually do, not what you hope to do.

How long this takes

Most businesses complete this questionnaire in 10–12 minutes.

You can return and update your answers later as your business develops.
