These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which iBuytoGive Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), trading as WorktoGive, provides access to the WorktoGive platform, CSR Diary subscription service, Responsible Business Assessment, and Accreditation framework. By subscribing to, completing the assessment, or using any part of the WorktoGive service, you (“the Subscriber”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

WorktoGive is operated by iBuytoGive Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 09976006, with its registered office at 19 King Street, The Civic Quarter, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, England, WF1 2SQ.

2. The Service

WorktoGive provides UK businesses with:
• A branded CSR Diary webpage.
• Access to the Responsible Business Assessment questionnaire.
• A structured accreditation framework for subscribed members.
The CSR Diary webpage:
Displays the Subscriber’s logo, description, and CSR-related posts.
Automatically includes verified updates from WorktoGive and its related projects such as BuytoGive store activity, tree planting, defibrillator placements, and other approved initiatives.
Allows Subscribers to add and manage their own posts relating to volunteering, fundraising, and community impact.
We reserve the right to update, amend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time to maintain quality or compliance with applicable laws.

3. Subscriptions and Fees

Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.
Prices are stated in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken in advance by debit or credit card or other accepted payment method.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents further renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
Refunds are only provided where required by UK consumer law.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you upload or submit, including wording, images, declarations, and any data relating to your organisation’s activities.
You must ensure your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
You must not post or link to material that is defamatory, misleading, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
You agree that any misuse of the platform, misrepresentation within the assessment, or breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your subscription without refund.

5. Our Role and Liability

WorktoGive and iBuytoGive Ltd act solely as the platform provider. We do not independently verify or endorse the accuracy, legality, or completeness of Subscriber-supplied content or declarations unless explicitly stated.
While we maintain verified updates for BuytoGive-related projects, we are not responsible for the accuracy of Subscriber-supplied content or for any reliance placed upon it by third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for any loss, damage, reputational harm, procurement exclusion, commercial disadvantage, or regulatory consequence arising from the use of, reliance upon, or interpretation of:
• The CSR Diary
• The Responsible Business Assessment
• Any written assessment report
• Any accreditation level issued
Our total liability to any Subscriber shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid to us in the preceding twelve months.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Responsible Business Assessment

6.1 Nature of the Assessment

The WorktoGive Responsible Business Assessment is a structured questionnaire designed to provide an indicative evaluation of declared responsible business activity against WorktoGive’s internal CSR and ESG criteria.

The assessment is based solely on self-declared information provided by the business.

6.2 Free Assessment (Non-Subscribers)

Businesses that are not subscribed may complete the assessment free of charge.

For non-subscribers:

• The report provided is for informational purposes only.
• No accreditation, certification, endorsement, approval, or verification is granted.
• The business has no right to display the WorktoGive name, mark, logo, or accreditation level.

The free assessment does not constitute consultancy, regulatory advice, ESG compliance advice, legal advice, environmental audit, or assurance of suitability for procurement or funding purposes.

6.3 Accuracy of Declarations

All outcomes rely entirely on the accuracy of information submitted.

WorktoGive reserves the right to request clarification or supporting information at any time.

If information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete, we may adjust, suspend, or withdraw any assessment outcome or accreditation level.

7. Accreditation (Subscribed Members Only)

7.1 Eligibility
Accreditation is available only to active subscribed members who complete the assessment process.
7.2 Nature of Accreditation
Accreditation reflects alignment with the WorktoGive framework at the time of assessment.
It does not represent:
• Statutory compliance
• Independent audit
• ESG certification
• Regulatory approval
• Legal verification
Accreditation is conditional upon continued subscription and ongoing responsible conduct.
Levels may be reviewed, adjusted, downgraded, suspended, or withdrawn at our discretion if circumstances change.
7.3 No Guarantee
Completion of the assessment does not guarantee:
• A specific accreditation level
• Progression to a higher level
• Procurement eligibility
• Funding approval
• Recognition by third parties

8. Use of Accreditation Marks

Only subscribed members who have completed the assessment and been issued an accreditation level may display the WorktoGive accreditation logo.
Non-subscribed businesses may not state they are accredited or imply endorsement.
Any misuse of branding, logos, or accreditation statements may result in immediate withdrawal of rights and possible legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, materials, assessment structure, scoring methodology, and accreditation framework remain the intellectual property of iBuytoGive Ltd.
Subscribers retain ownership of their own logos, images, and wording but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display that content as part of the service.

10. Data and Privacy

We collect business contact details and submitted assessment responses necessary to operate the service.
We do not collect personal data beyond business contact information.
All data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our separate Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the WorktoGive service if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that could damage our reputation or that of other Subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by written notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated by email or notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and, where applicable, Scotland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or Scotland, if the Subscriber is based there).
